Our guest is Lisa J. Fanos. She has spent more than 45-years as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, with a focus on estate planning.
Much of her work over the years has also been with clients and families on conservatorships.
I don't know about you, but for as much information as I have learned during my journey into the world of family caregiving, this is an arena in which I know very little.
And that's why I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to invite Lisa to join us and share her wealth of knowledge with all of us!
Of course, more people are at least aware of the word/concept conservatorship thanks to pop superstar Britney Spears and the legal battle she has been in with her father.
But what does consesrvatorship mean for families? For elders? For someone who may, for whatever reasons, become incapacitated?
We're going to dive into all of this and break it down for you.
