Hi, everybody!
It’s Julia Yarbough with Keeping It Real Caregiving.
Been a busy few weeks of curating information and sharing! The encouragement I’ve been receiving from all of you is powerful - thank you. There is an exciting project that is underway that I hope to be able to share in the coming weeks - and one that as it gets closer I will ask for your help, input, and feedback. At this juncture of growth and evolution, I invite you to consider subscribing and/or becoming a paid supporter.
And quick question for all of you out there. If you had to begin taking care of a loved one, an elderly relative, maybe a sibling, somebody else in your family… do you have any plan in place right now for how you are going to pay for some of that care?
Something to think about.
That is exactly what I’m going to be talking about in a really cool session that I would like to invite all of you to register for.
All week there have been some powerful and informative speakers. I am honored to join such an event!
On Thursday, November 13th - that’s tomorrow - I will be presenting a short and informative session with the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation.
So thank you to the organization for inviting me to present. And the title of our topic is How to Prepare Now for the Costs and Realities of Family Caregiving. That includes things like:
Insurance
Housing
Long Term Care
Medical expenses…and more
This is of course National Family Caregivers Month so a perfect time for this.
I hope to see you tomorrow:
Thursday, November 13, 2025
Time: 12PM Pacific / 3PM Eastern
Thank you so much for your support and continued support.
And if you know anybody who might be able to find value in any of this information, please share this post with them, share the event with them, share this publication with them.
As I dive into my final preparations - are there ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS you have about planning for navigating caregiving costs - that we can address? Drop them in now!
I’ll see you guys tomorrow!
